Ryan Kong(A Historic Event)

Charles Lindberg planned a historic flight that flew across the Atlantic Ocean. It was the first nonstop solo flight without having any parachute or radio. On May 20, 1927, at 07:57 P.M, he took off at Roosevelt Field, New York City, and flew over many countries and cities, Nova Scotia, New Foundland, and across the Atlantic Ocean. Fianally, on May 21, at 10:22 P.M, he landed at Le Bourset Airport, France. It was 3,600 miles in distance and it took about 33 and half hours.
When he arrived there, there were more than 100,000 of people who congratulated his historic successful flight, the great national hero. At present, he has been remembered as one of the symbol of aviators.
